One day Workshop

With an equal balance of theory and practice Paul Coker MSc provides an overview and update of the latest concepts in Myofascial anatomy including ‘Anatomy Trains’ and Biotensegrity.

The session will include regular demonstrations and guided practice of simple, effective assessment tools. Includes demonstration and practice of a variety of treatment techniques including trigger point release, pin and stretch, fascial release techniques and kinesiology taping.

This course is suitable for Physiotherapist's, Sport Therapist's, Osteopath's, Chiropractor's, Massage Therapist's and other soft tissue therapist's.
